Founder & Lead Developer
I go by Eco / Ecophene, and I was the developer behind EcoFirmware.com before deciding to move forward independently. While I contributed all development there, I'm no longer affiliated with the site or its owners, and I can't speak for how it operates today.
This new platform is my own project, built from the ground up with the same focus on reliable firmware, straightforward support, and transparency. Running things independently allows me to maintain full control over updates, quality, and customer experience without outside complications.
Professional Background
My background includes over 4 years of professional IT experience, holding certifications such as CompTIA Security+, PenTest+, Network+, A+, Project+, as well as CISSP, CySA+, and multiple Google certifications.
I've worked professionally as an Information Technology Specialist, Network Administrator, and Systems Analyst, with extensive experience in enterprise systems, particularly Cisco switching environments. I also contributed to firmware development for encryption devices (KG-175F TACLANEs), which reinforced the importance of stability and security in every project.
Outside of this platform, I continue to stay active in tech with side projects, research, and one-off freelance work.
